– Lead implementation of risk management strategy in support of client’s business objectives and vision for projects in Asia and Africa (including Qatar).

– Promote and apply international ‘best practice’ in the identification, analysis, measurement, and evaluation of risk in order to promote risk reduction methods and eliminate or reduce the potential impact of systemic and event-based risks to an acceptable level.

Project Risk Assessment

  • Understand the intricacies of all client’s project processes and procedures in Asia and Africa (including Qatar)
  • Identify and compile a comprehensive list of risks in Asia and Africa (including Qatar)
  • Evaluate the impact of identified risks by comparing estimated risks with criteria established by CLIENT •Establish and quantify the level of risk that the client is prepared to accept per project basis
  • Challenge continuously Development assessment of Project Risks on projects and asset management

Project Risk Mitigation

  • Identify and map key control points across client’s Asia and Africa (including Qatar) projects necessary to mitigate risk exposure to an acceptable level
  • Evaluate the current effectiveness of the client’s project control framework in addressing risks and accomplishing the company’s goals and objectives
  • Develop reports commenting on current risks and recommending remedial actions
  • Ensure the effective implementation of risk management strategies to facilitate Asia and Africa (including Qatar) project managers to see upcoming risks and to ensure timely restoration of project processes in the event of business interruptions
  • Follow up data entry into the ARM system with respects to risks in Asia and Africa (including Qatar) region

Project Risk Monitoring

  • Monitor changes in risk exposure of projects throughout Asia and Africa (including Qatar) region
  • •Document any risks occurred in Asia and Africa (including Qatar) projects with the relevant amount of damage or loss
  • Develop periodic reports, including annual risk review plans for Director, Risk Management
  • Revise risk management measures to ensure alignment with any changes in policy, business objectives, and regulatory requirements\

Business Capabilities

  • 8-12+ years of experience in Risk Assessment, with previous experience in real estate project risk

Interpersonal skills

  • Great interpersonal and coaching skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong orientation skills


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or similar discipline
  • Masters/MBA preferred
